These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ace45 ("ace45," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ace45.club ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the Platform — including but not limited to placing wagers, making deposits or withdrawals, participating in promotions, or using the Loyalty Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting ace45 customer support. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active ace45 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from the ace45 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator in the Philippines.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ace45, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are of sound mind and have not been declared legally incapacitated by any court of competent jurisdiction.

ace45 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) ace45 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ace45 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account.
• You must immediately notify ace45 customer support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• ace45 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud or policy violation.

ace45 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and do not originate from any unlawful activity. ace45 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your ace45 account KYC details.
• ace45 targets GCash withdrawal processing within 15 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if your account has not completed full KYC verification, if there is an active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements, or if a fraud investigation is ongoing.
• ace45 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposits that cannot be attributed to a verified payment method may be returned and the associated winnings voided.

ace45 offers bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated individually for each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used for eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Playing ineligible games while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. ace45 reserves the right to void bonuses where multiple account usage is detected.
• ace45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where Philippine consumer protection regulations require otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.

All games available on the ace45 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and independently audited live dealer streams for live casino products. Certified RTPs (Return to Player percentages) for each game are accessible in the respective game information panels.

ace45 strives to ensure games are available continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that results in an interrupted game round, ace45 will endeavour to determine the fair outcome based on available game state data. All bets placed before a technical failure are recorded by our systems and will be resolved in accordance with the documented state at the time of the disruption.

• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players, chip dumping, and any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes are prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• ace45 game rules are final and binding. By participating in any game, you accept the rules of that game as presented in the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace45 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the customer relationship.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your ace45 account to any third party.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from ace45.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ace45 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any component of the ace45 Platform.

ace45 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration alerts and hard cut-offs.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Your account will restrict further play once the limit is reached for that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30 days, 90 days, 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion from all ace45 real-money gaming via customer support or your account dashboard. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders of time elapsed and net session results.

ace45 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and performs mandatory KYC age verification on all accounts before real-money access is granted. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

All content on the ace45 Platform — including but not limited to the ace45 brand name and logo, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace45 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ace45.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ace45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if ace45 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ace45's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ace45 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace45 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free Platform operation and shall not be liable for service outages caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, Philippine telecom disruptions, or force majeure events.

ace45 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

ace45 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where required for regulatory compliance or the performance of our contractual obligations to you.

ace45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulatory instruction, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the change takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ace45, you should first contact our customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. Formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
